God created us in His image as social creatures (Genesis 2:18-25; Galatians 6:2; Hebrews 10:24-25). We are therefore to treat one another with dignity and respect, knowing we are fellow image-bearers of God. At the same time, we also recognize that we are sinners who fall far short of God's glory (Romans 3:10-23). We live our lives within the tension of these two realities. At KCS, we seek to encourage and develop those aspects of our relationships with one another that honor and glorify Him and edify each other, and hold each other accountable in those areas in which we fall short. Teachers, administrators and other adults involved in the lives of our young people are expected to model positive, wholesome, Christ-like relationships with one another.
