If you intend to use Extended School Day on a regular basis you MUST select a package by writing the child's name next to the corresponding package below.
Package rates are billed in nine monthly payments beginning September 1, 2008 until May 1, 2009. The rate is based on $4.00 per hour. You must give the school office 15 days notice to change your package prior to the upcoming month. Changes to your package cannot be made during the month. The rate for occasional after school use is $6.00 per hour.
