Bible - Kindergarten

The Early Childhood Bible program is designed to
build Christian character. The
Bible has a prominent place in the curriculum of our school. Biblical principles are integrated throughout our entire
program. As children listen to
stories of God's actions with His people, they begin to learn who God is, that
He cares for us and that He created a beautiful world.
Bible provides the following opportunities for the
children:
1.
Listen to Bible stories using the Bible, flannel graphs, videos and
pictures.
2.
Participate in dramatizations, finger plays and story songs.
3.
Continue to develop Christian characteristics such as kindness, patience,
sharing, forgiving others.
4.
Memorize and recite specific prayers and participate in prayer time
through prayer requests and offering prayers.
5.
Memorize Bible verses weekly.
6.
Attend and lead chapel.
7.
Study Jesus’ life.
Social Development
Top
1.
Develop self-discipline through respecting rule and following directions.
2.
Learn to work independently and accept responsibility for actions.
3.
Participate in class discussions by taking turns, listening to others and
raising hand before speaking.
4.
Learn to work and play cooperatively with calssmates and to show concern
